该生产线是将一定宽的金属卷料薄板在板宽方向纵剪成多条所需宽度的带材并进行成品工件的卷取的成套设备。
由开卷机、对中装置、纵剪主机、阻尼预分料、收卷机、电气控制控制系统等组成。
通过更换与排列不同规格的刀片隔套或移动刀座，可纵剪成不同宽度成品工件。
可根据客户的需求要及生产线的工艺与配置实际需要，另外选配上料小车、压引装置、夹送装置、粗校机、 料头剪、过渡台、废边卷取装置、卸料小车、液压与气动控制系统等
